A deposit reserves your date; the balance is due before your event. Your date isn’t held until the deposit is received.
Texas weather happens. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule your event at no charge, part of our Big Fun Promise. We monitor the weather leading up to your event and stay in touch.
Need to cancel? Reach out as early as possible and we’ll work with you on options. Specific cancellation terms are in your rental agreement.
We deliver, set up, and tear down. We need a flat area about 20 by 20 feet and clear access to roll the trailer in and out. Please let us know about gates, slopes, or tight access when you book.
A trained operator is on site the whole time, and we ask that a responsible adult from your event is present as well. The playground is for age-appropriate play as directed by our operator.
Normal, supervised use is expected and fine. Damage beyond normal wear may result in a repair or replacement fee, as detailed in your rental agreement.
Private events include a two-hour minimum; additional hours are $125/hour. Organization events are custom-quoted, with additional hours at $175/hour.
