The rules of big fun. Simple stuff that keeps every kid safe.
Here’s the quick version our trained operator brings to every event. Save it, screenshot it, or share it with your guests before the big day.
A few booking details that keep everyone safe and the playground in great shape.
A quick rundown of what we need from you and your space — pulled straight from the agreements you’ll sign. A few minutes here keeps setup day smooth and every kid safe.
Whoever books the playground is the “Event Host” and is responsible for supervision and safety during the rental. Our trained attendant delivers, inspects, and helps run the equipment — but we are not babysitters, and our presence never replaces adult supervision.
Please have your setup spot ready before we arrive:
We inspect every site and may decline setup if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible. If we can’t set up because the space isn’t ready, refunds may not apply — so tell us about anything tricky (gates, stairs, tight access, slopes, or soft ground) on your setup form ahead of time. Additional fees may apply.
Safety is our top priority. We may delay, pause, or stop play for unsafe conditions — including lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, heavy rain, flooding, tornado or severe-thunderstorm watches and warnings, excessive heat, or unsafe ground. Our operator’s decision on safe operation is final.
The playground is built for young children. To keep everyone safe:
This is a friendly summary of the terms in our Master Rental Agreement and Event Host Assumption of Risk & Supervision Agreement, which you’ll review and sign when you book. Have a question about your space or a specific rule? Get in touch — we’d much rather sort it out before the big day.
Built for children 10 & under and under 125 lbs. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children, and North Texas Mobile Rentals may adjust capacity or remove anyone for unsafe behavior.
Check your date in under a minute. We run one trailer, and weekends book out.
