Questions

When do I pay?

Only after we approve your application. We email you a secure payment link, and your spot is held for 72 hours.

What if the event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, or something happens and the trailer cannot attend, your payment becomes a credit toward a future event. We apply it automatically when you apply again with the same email address.

When is the deadline?

Applications close 7 days before each event at 11:59 PM Central, so we have time to get your logo on the banner.

What do I send for my logo?

After you pay, we give you a link to upload it. A high resolution PNG or JPG with a clear or white background works best. We ask for it at least 3 days before the event.

Can I sponsor more than one event?

Yes. Check as many events as you like and we will review them together.

How do trailer banners work?

Your logo is printed on a banner and mounted on the upper rail of the trailer for 3 or 6 months. We handle the design, printing, and installation. There are 5 spots per side, and each side is one business per category.

When does my banner term start?

The day your banner is mounted on the trailer, about a week after you pay. You never pay for the time it takes to produce your banner, and we email you the date it goes up and the date your term ends.

What is the difference between the two sides?

The event-facing side is the side that faces the crowd at events, so it is priced higher. The secondary side is the opposite side of the trailer.

What if an event is sold out?

Join the waitlist for that event. If a spot opens up, we email the waitlist first.

Why one business per category?

It keeps every sponsor visible. Only one realtor, one dentist, one restaurant, and so on at each event.
