Event time after 7 PM is +$50/hour (half-hour increments). À la carte add-ons are charged at their listed prices and added on top. For HOAs, communities over 750 homes include a 20% high-traffic adjustment. Save with early booking — 6+ months 5% off, 9+ months 8% off, 12+ months 10% off — or the weekday School Day rate (15% off Mon–Thu). One discount applies per event. Organizations and large events receive a custom quote.
