🎉 The Rules of Big Fun

Here’s the quick version our trained operator brings to every event. Save it, screenshot it, or share it with your guests before the big day.

  • No food, drinks, gum, or candy
  • Empty pockets & remove sharp objects

🎉 While Playing

👨‍👩‍👧 Supervision

  • Host provides adult supervision at all times
  • Follow staff instructions
  • Play at your own risk

The Fine Print

A few booking details that keep everyone safe and the playground in great shape.

✅ Required

  • The host is responsible for supervision. At least one (1) adult over the age of 18 must actively supervise the playground the entire time it is in use.
  • Disclose any and all obstacles on the setup form within two days of booking. Additional fees may apply.

❌ Not Permitted

  • No mess-makers: silly string, pens, Sharpies, markers, crayons, baby oil, soap, belt buckles, sharp objects, shoes, drinks, candy, gum, lollipops, or balloons. Failure to comply results in significant charges paid by the renter.
  • No animals or pets. Claws and nails can stain, scratch, hole, or puncture the inflatable.
  • No water. The playground is not designed to be used wet — it becomes dangerously slippery and can cause serious injuries.

💡 Recommended

  • Stick to the capacity allowed on the playground at any one time.
  • Read over your contract — it covers cleaning fees, pet-waste fees, cancellation, liability, and more.
  • Be ready for pickup as late as 9:30 PM. Don’t be startled to see our team near your home in the evening — feel free to ask your delivery driver or our customer service team for the planned pickup window.

Host & Setup Requirements

A quick rundown of what we need from you and your space — pulled straight from the agreements you’ll sign. A few minutes here keeps setup day smooth and every kid safe.

👤 The Host’s Responsibilities

Whoever books the playground is the “Event Host” and is responsible for supervision and safety during the rental. Our trained attendant delivers, inspects, and helps run the equipment — but we are not babysitters, and our presence never replaces adult supervision.

  • Keep at least one responsible adult (18+) actively supervising the entire time it’s in use.
  • Go over the safety rules with your guests, and help our operator enforce them.
  • Watch for — and immediately step in on — rough play, overcrowding, or unsafe behavior.
  • Shoes off (socks on); keep food, drinks, gum, candy, sharp objects, and pets out of the play area.
  • Don’t allow unauthorized or unsupervised use.
  • Report any injury, unsafe condition, or equipment concern to our operator right away — we’ll complete an incident report together.
  • Parents and guardians stay responsible for deciding what’s right for their own child.

📍 Your Space & Setup

Please have your setup spot ready before we arrive:

  • A clear, obstruction-free area at least 60 ft long × 20 ft wide × 15 ft high.
  • A reasonably level surface — no steep slopes or significant inclines.
  • Firm, stable, and safe ground conditions.
  • Room for delivery access and parking for our trailer.

We inspect every site and may decline setup if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible. If we can’t set up because the space isn’t ready, refunds may not apply — so tell us about anything tricky (gates, stairs, tight access, slopes, or soft ground) on your setup form ahead of time. Additional fees may apply.

🌦️ Inclement Weather

Safety is our top priority. We may delay, pause, or stop play for unsafe conditions — including lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, heavy rain, flooding, tornado or severe-thunderstorm watches and warnings, excessive heat, or unsafe ground. Our operator’s decision on safe operation is final.

  • If we determine it’s unsafe before delivery, you may choose a one-time reschedule or a rental credit — good for 12 months.
  • If unsafe weather hits after we’ve delivered and set up, refunds and credits don’t apply.
  • Once we pause play for weather, no one re-enters until our operator says it’s clear.

🎈 Who Can Play

The playground is built for young children. To keep everyone safe:

  • Ages 10 and under, and under 125 lbs.
  • Up to 12 participants at a time.
  • Please don’t mix significantly different ages or sizes at once — it raises the risk of collisions.
  • Anyone who is visibly ill or injured should sit this one out.
  • Our operator may reduce capacity, separate children by size, or pause play whenever it’s needed for safety.

This is a friendly summary of the terms in our Master Rental Agreement and Event Host Assumption of Risk & Supervision Agreement, which you’ll review and sign when you book. Have a question about your space or a specific rule? Get in touch — we’d much rather sort it out before the big day.

Maximum Occupancy: 12 Participants

Built for children 10 & under and under 125 lbs. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children, and North Texas Mobile Rentals may adjust capacity or remove anyone for unsafe behavior.
